Base pay range
A$150,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr

My client is an award-winning, international, tier 1 design consultancy who works across a variety of sectors.
Your new role
* Lead a small team of Mechanical Engineers.
* Exhibit a high level of technical expertise, oversight and guidance to ensure the successful completion of projects.
* Engage in mechanical engineering encompassing tasks such as heat load calculations, equipment and reticulation sizing and selection, as well as co-ordination and documentation for building structures.
* Manage small, medium and large-sized projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
* Handle mechanical design for various building projects, including generating reports, conducting studies, performing design calculations, creating drawings and specifying requirements.
* Thrive in a client-facing role, developing business and managing client relationships.
* Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success.
* Lead and mentor junior colleagues, offering guidance to enhance their ability.
What you'll need to succeed
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
* Australian experience is essential - ideally known to the Adelaide market.
* Building services design consultancy experience is required.
* Successful track record in leading others.
* Great stakeholder management is essential.
* Time management and prioritisation skills to juggle multiple projects.
