About us:
Playing an integral role in the effective management of the people resources for our service, Workforce Division takes the lead role in the attraction, retention, learning and development, performance, discipline, change management, safety and well-being, and engagement of our most important asset – "our people". The Unit comprises approximately 50 human resource practitioners who provide a high quality, client focussed and value adding human resource service to management and staff throughout the Central Queensland Health.
About the role:
Generate and analyse predictive workforce data and prepare reports that provide business-critical information to Central Queensland Health (CQ Health) management to support strategic and operational decision-making in relation to workforce.Develop reports based on an analysis of workforce data requirements from various stakeholders to assist in the development of strategies to improve workforce performance.Implement and maintain a reporting schedule on a suite of reports on Human Resources (HR), workforce performance and activity that identifies trends and risks.Source, investigate, analyse, interpret, and evaluate data in specific projects, initiatives and business improvement activities as assigned.Support the development and implementation of strategies to continuously monitor data and required changes to retain and improve data integrity.Implement strategies to assist in compliance to legislation and best practice for a range of workforce management initiatives.About you:
While not mandatory, a relevant qualification and experience in information reporting within a complex health organisation would be well regarded.
Self-motivated and proactive about own continuous learning, developing, and participating in internal and external training and networks and applying knowledge within the workplace.Ability to use contemporary software products and technologies typically used in workforce data reporting in complex healthcare environments.What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $114,177 p.a. is comprised of:
