About the Role: NHP are seeking a switched on and detail-oriented Financial Analyst - Supply Chain to join our Finance team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Finance Reporting Manager to support various aspects of the supply chain and product functions. Key accountabilities include: End-to-End Accounting: Manage all accounting processes for supply chain (Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehouse, Project & Services) and product functions (Product Management, Estimation, Commercial Application & Engineering) including month end journals; inventory management; balance sheet reconciliations & assist with any audit queries for supply chain and product functions Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough financial analysis and prepare detailed reports including manufacturing performance analysis report; freight analysis by state; warehouse performance analysis; projects revenue recognition & forecast and services analysis and functional cost centre P&L reviews Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts for supply chain and product functions including support the FRM with variance analysis and monthly forecasting for supply chain and product functions ERP Systems Management: Oversee finance ERP systems and support various system integrations including lead financial system upgrades and cadence testing; investigate workflow issues and coordinate resolutions with IT and identify and implement process automation improvements I deally you will have / be: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 5-6 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and cost analysis Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present insights to management to support business decisions Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset What’s on offer: You will be part of a dedicated team, work in a supportive environment and enjoy the benefits that come with working at NHP including: Parking provided onsite – this role is based at our Richmond office (soon to be Hawthorn), although you will be required to travel to Laverton, as required A great place to work – ‘trusted industry leader, powered by people, driven by customer success’ A culture that encourages work / life fulfilment Ongoing learning & development to meet your professional development needs Access to an Employee Assistance Program for you and your family Novated Leasing – options for salary packaging your car Discounts on corporate health insurance with Bupa Paid parental leave The remuneration package will be based on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
