Manage a high volume of collection calls on overdue accounts Negotiate sustainable payment solutions for customers where required Provide customer service Resolve customer issues & queries in an efficient, timely and professional manner.
Work with external collections agent to ensure successful recovery of debt Ad hoc duties as required About you The successful candidate will have 12 months+ of experience working in a finance or customer service role.
