As a crucial member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising our customer service rate and enhancing the reliability of our procurement process. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact between Thales and our suppliers. Efficiently manage the end-to-end procurement process from creating orders to closure. Implement Thales' purchasing strategy and utilize our ERP system and purchasing tools. Take ownership of orders, ensuring timely deliveries, resolving issues, and updating information systems. Proactively handle shortages, delays, and returns. Continuously improve procurement strategy to balance inventory levels and delivery punctuality. Your Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Excel and ERP purchasing tools. Ability to anticipate needs, challenge suppliers, and mobilise resources. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience in building internal and supplier relationships. Knowledge of commercial contracts and order management processes.
