The Role We are currently seeking an organised and motivated junior legal secretary to join our Adelaide Secretarial Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our legal team, work across various commercial practice areas within the firm, and benefit from support and training as you grow into the position. You will gain the confidence and skills necessary to manage your responsibilities effectively. As a junior legal secretary, your role will include:
Liaising with clients and staff
Diary management and travel booking
Preparation of correspondence (emails, memos and letters)
Assisting with monthly billing
Managing electronic documentation
Relief Reception
Additional administration duties as required.

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, legal experience not require
Strong organisational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
The ability to work well within a team environment.
