Business Development Manager - Home CareAs the Business Development Manager for this Aged Care Provider, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to step into a role with a smaller organisation, where you can drive growth and business development.You will be crucial in advancing the home care sector through discovering new business opportunities, fostering relationships with important stakeholders, and crafting strategies to enhance market presence.Bringing a strong business acumen, your position will be strategic in nature, guiding profitable growth through an increase in client intake and community engagement, while maintaining a high standard of care for clients.
Key Information: Full-time permanent position Monday-Friday.You will be based in Head Office in Sydney (South of the bridge).Salary to be discussed with individual candidates based on experience and in line with the size of the position.Join an established Aged Care Provider who offer both Residential and Home Care Services.What are we looking for?Our ideal candidate will be able to drive a business development plan that will focus on the expansion of the business.
You will establish and nurture important relationships with stakeholders, consistently take part in market research and relationship building to uncover new business avenues, and drive revenue growth.
To achieve this you will have several Key Performance Indicators: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, aiming for a 60% conversion rate on organic leads and 80% growth on inorganic leads, with a 5% annual compound growth rate in new clients and an increase in revenue from these clients.Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and community activities to promote services and build connections, averaging two events per month.Work with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness, including four social media posts monthly.Establish six new referral sources within six months and maintain positive, productive relationships.Provide regular sales performance reports to the COO, including forecasts and market insights.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a Business and/or healthcare administration, social work, nursing or equivalent experience.Outstanding leadership and management abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.In-depth knowledge of home care regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.Experience in aged care or healthcare management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.If you think this sounds like you and you want to make a difference in the home care sector please click APPLY or send your resume to Sophie ConnollyRecruitment Consultant | E4 Healthcare
