About the role: As a Technical Sales and Support Representative (Waste Water Treatment), you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and providing exceptional support to our customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You should be able to develop an excellent rapport with new and existing customers by being able to transfer technical information to non-technical clients and build confidence in our products and brands. Key Responsibilities: Establish and strengthen relationships with new and existing stakeholders in wastewater management, including municipalities, water authorities, and industrial clients.Strategically schedule and plan client meetings and site visits to enhance engagement and maximize productivity.Convert incoming digital and phone inquiries into actionable opportunities, creating planned site visits and consultations.Offer technical guidance on wastewater treatment solutions, assisting clients with product selection and system optimization.Translate complex technical details into clear information for non-technical clients, operators, and end-users.Troubleshoot issues by liaising with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges, ensuring prompt resolution.Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities within wastewater treatment and environmental services.Promote, upsell, and cross-sell WAM Group's product line by continuously updating clients on innovative and existing solutions.Engage diverse stakeholders—direct clients, contractors, site planners, councils, and authorities—using multi-tiered sales strategies.Deliver product demonstrations, conduct technical training, and support knowledge transfer to client teams.Collaborate closely with the engineering department to address specific client needs and design custom solutions.Prepare and present technical proposals and sales presentations tailored to the wastewater sector.Compile and analyze data to generate reports for both internal stakeholders and clients, providing insights on performance and progress.Maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions, project status, and communication.Meet or exceed sales targets to drive the company's growth within the wastewater technology industry. Candidate eligibility requirements Bachelor's degree or higher mandatory.
