Job Description:
A key role within the Project Management Office, you will be responsible for conceptualising, developing and delivering change management plans for major and minor projects and initiatives.
About the Role
* Design and implement change management activities across technology, physical works and business change projects
* Conceptualise, develop and maintain tailored change management plans and interventions
* Lead end-to-end change management processes and execute change management interventions, including communications, engagement and training
* Engage and collaborate with key stakeholder groups and support project governance and working groups
About You
* Expertise in change management principles, methodologies and tools, with experience leading large-scale enterprise change involving people, process and technology
* Demonstrated agility, passion, empathy and innovation to lead meaningful change journeys
* Business and commercial acumen, with an in-depth understanding of industry and organisational issues and challenges
* Ability to lead, motivate and influence internal and external stakeholders and develop change management plans to meet project outcomes
