About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at ZA ZA TA. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting with menu planning, implementation, and execution.
Responsibilities
* Assist in menu planning, implementation, and execution
* Supervise kitchen team and ensure appropriate training is provided
* Control food preparation and manage wastage for your section
* Lead by example as a hands-on-chef with excellent quality assurance and standards
* Assist in development through innovative and original menu planning and maintenance of high food standards
