Job DescriptionMackillop Family Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Design Coordinator to support the Communications and Design Advisor in promoting exceptional grief and loss education programs to schools and organisations.Key Responsibilities:Support the development and design of content, including training and promotional materials, social media, and website, to key target audiences, in line with the brand strategy.Coordinate the design for a range of internal and external channels, including the Mackillop Seasons website and social media.Collaborate with the MacKillop Family Services Community Engagement digital design team to implement posts, identify and deliver advertising opportunities, and provide analysis and regular reporting on outcomes.Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related discipline is highly preferred, with at least 5 years' experience across a range of skills, including marketing and communications, social media, digital communications, design, and print experience.A demonstrated ability to develop and coordinate content online, knowledge of publication design and the publication process from concept to production, for both print and digital materials, and the capacity to work collaboratively and constructively with multiple stakeholders.Highly developed competency using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites, as well as a knowledge and understanding of education and mental health initiatives, Aboriginal culture and values, and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people, and their families.
