Executive Assistant Roles
Litchfield Council is seeking two highly skilled Executive Assistants to support our executive leadership and ensure seamless operations across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* EA to the CEO and Mayor:
o Manage the CEO and Mayor's schedules, correspondence, and meeting agendas.
o Attend Council meetings, prepare minutes, and coordinate responses to resolutions.
o Organise official events, including citizenship ceremonies.
o Research and assist with special projects.
o Maintain confidentiality and project a professional image of courtesy and cooperation.
* EA to Directors:
o Act as the initial contact for Directors, facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders.
o Provide administrative support, including email management, minute-taking, and agenda preparation.
o Assist with research, reporting, and special projects.
o Demonstrate exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Requirements:
* Proven administrative experience (5+ years preferred for the CEO/Mayor role).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills.
* The ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
* Exceptional time management and problem-solving capabilities.
* Successfully undergo a pre-employment medical assessment including a Criminal History Check.
* Have a Current Northern Territory Driver's License.
