Job Description
Market leading contractor with multi-state presence and Wangara office location offering free onsite parking. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* High volume processing of invoices and matching to purchase orders.
* Cost and code invoices, and allocation of costing to jobs.
* Weekly and monthly payments.
* Perform reconciliations including supplier statement reconciliations.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders across the business regarding any accounts payable activities.
* Liaise with suppliers when required.
* Other ad hoc finance administration duties as directed.
About You
You will have proven experience in a similar role within a medium to large company, possessing:
* Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
* Accurate data entry skills.
* The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment, including building positive stakeholder relationships.
* Intermediate level experience in MS Office and JDE (Oracle based system) or similar ERP system.
* A positive team player with sound verbal and written communication skills.
* A self-starter with a can-do proactive attitude.
