Investing, developing, and managing long term infrastructure to grow the Territory and Northern Australia.The primary objective of the Terminal and Customer Experience Coordinator is to co-ordinate the day-to-day administration of Terminal operations, commercial, airport car parking facilities and ground transport activities and support the Terminals team to provide quality of service to customers of the airport including administrative support where necessary.Terminal & Customer Experience CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused professional to join our airport operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our terminal facilities. If you enjoy variety, working collaboratively with stakeholders, and providing excellent service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.In this position you will:Work closely with the Terminal Operations Manager and wider airport operations team on contingency planning and risk managementLiaise with airlines, law enforcement, and other agencies on operational and security mattersCoordinate day-to-day terminal procedures in line with legislation and policiesProvide input into airport redevelopment projectsOversee terminal contracts and drive performance improvementsDeliver on customer service initiatives and strategyManage the airport's car parks operations and systemsRespond to commercial property tenant queries and liaise with contractorsCoordinate facilities requests and minor works applicationsEnsure WHS, environmental, and regulatory complianceMaintain accurate records in various systemsProcess invoices and monitor costsProvide support to team members as neededTo be successful in this position you will have:Strong customer service skills gained ideally in a retail or transactional roleAn understanding of basic accounting principlesExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong organisational and time management skills with great attention to detailExperience maintaining administrative systems and dataThe ability to work independently and meet deadlinesAn aptitude for developing proficiency with new systemsProblem solving skills and the ability to resolve issuesEligibility for an Aviation Security Identification CardA current NT driver's license or the ability to obtain oneIt would be advantageous if you also have:Knowledge or experience in property/facilities managementFamiliarity with parking management systemsExperience with Technology One or similar systemsSharePoint experienceExposure to Progen or related contract management toolsThis is an exciting opportunity to play a key coordination role within a dynamic airport environment.
