Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Efficiently manage the CEO and senior managers' calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
* Organise and facilitate key events, including board meetings and industry conferences.
* Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with discretion and promptness.
* Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
* Assist with project management and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
* Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a membership body or not-for-profit organisation.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A professional and friendly approach, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
