About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of managing proposal processes, design, and content. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders and experts across the firm’s offices throughout Asia Pacific, developing and executing sales collateral and business development projects. Your focus will be on tailoring and elevating engagement with prospects, clients, and the broader market. This role requires a hands-on approach to understanding critical business opportunities, consulting with teams, writing, and producing proposals that help the firm win in the market. You'll also capture and share knowledge specific to key clients, project experience, resources, and methodologies, while implementing sales activity across the sales life-cycle using the firm's CRM platform.
About You
You are a dynamic and commercially focused individual with strong analytical, planning, and project management skills. With a minimum of 2 to 4 years in a similar role within professional services, you bring tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline. You excel in simplifying complex problems and thinking creatively to solve and articulate them. Your strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders make you an ideal candidate. You have a proven track record of using and updating CRM platforms and are proactive, self-motivated, and flexible in responding to changing work priorities.
Competencies:
1. Demonstrated capability and experience in the development and delivery of sales collateral, capability statements, business development tools, and proposals.
2. Commercially focused with strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
3. Minimum of 2 to 4 years working within a similar role, ideally within professional services.
4. Ability to take complex problems, simplify them, and think creatively to solve and articulate them.
5. Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
6. Experience in using, updating, and creating insights from online CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 preferred).
