The role a remuneration package up to $78,000 superannuation, with an annual salary review in July of each year. Job Description Reporting to the AP Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing supplier set ups across all entities including bank account verification Ensuring accounts payable transactions are processed in line with correct authority levels and general ledger and project coding structure Liaising and build strong relationships with suppliers Accurate and timely reconciliation of supplier statements Aiding and supporting for all areas of the business in relation to accounts payable Rectifying exceptions in the AP system Reconciling reports, and providing data to the AP Manager Report on aged payables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicable The Successful Applicant We are seeking candidates with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
