This is an opportunity to work within a premium, science-led beauty brand, assisting in the execution of innovative marketing strategies while honing your expertise in brand development.This role is part-time to start (3 days per week), with a view to transition into full-time within 6-12 months approx.ABOUT THE ROLEAs Saint Louve's Brand & Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead in bringing our brand to life across social, content, and digital platforms.
This part-time, hands-on role is ideal for a creative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a deep understanding of social media, content production, and email marketing.Working closely with the Founder, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our digital marketing efforts—from ideation and creation to publishing and performance tracking.
You'll also be instrumental in managing influencer gifting, building brand moments, and helping shape our broader marketing calendar.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Social Media:Oversee day-to-day management of Instagram and TikTokLead content planning, creation, filming, and schedulingBe the face of the brand when required—comfortable on camera and behind itEngage with our community through timely comments, DMs, and proactive engagementStay ahead of trends and ensure content reflects a premium skincare positioningInfluencer & Brand Partnerships:Identify and manage influencer gifting and partnership opportunitiesTrack and report on influencer collaborations and user-generated contentEmail & SMS Marketing:Ideate and write compelling campaign copy for emails and SMS (4-6 per month)Brief designer on eDM creative, aligning with campaign objectives and brand toneBuild and deploy campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring best practice and performance optimizationSupport the development of our marketing calendar and brand campaign ideationAssist with execution of strategic initiatives across brand, social, and digital touchpointsCoordinate with freelancers or internal team members on creative production as neededBrand & Creative:Prepare photoshoot and campaign briefs, mood boards, and concept decksWrite graphic design briefs for social, email, and web creativeMaintain brand consistency across all channelsGeneral Admin:Support the founder with ad-hoc marketing and admin tasksAssist with customer service enquiries as neededKeep digital assets and campaign documentation organizedWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORMinimum 2–3 years experience in a similar digital marketing or social media roleStrong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and KlaviyoExperience in content creation, both behind and in front of the cameraConfident copywriting skills tailored to a skincare or beauty audienceSelf-motivated and able to work autonomously while hitting deadlinesExceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughBonus if you have:Experience in the skincare or beauty spaceGraphic design skills (Photoshop/InDesign)Influencer management or event experienceFamiliarity with ShopifySuccess Metrics:Strong and consistent brand presence across social and emailIncreased community engagement and organic growthHigh-quality, on-brand content delivered regularlySeamless campaign execution that supports wider business objectivesAdditional Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.A complete understanding of the digital landscape.Demonstrated ability to self-manage time, effectively setting priorities and organizing tasks in an environment with competing demands.Exceptional attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked.Excellent written communication skills including spelling, grammar, and proofreading.WHAT WE OFFER• A role in a fast-growing, premium skincare brand that values innovation and authenticity.• Hybrid working arrangement – 2 days WFH, 1 day in our Geelong HQ.• Competitive salary ($85K-$105K incl.
