About the roleAs a Field Service Technician at Akva Group Australasia, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our state-of-the-art aquaculture equipment across Tasmania.
This fulltime position is based in our Cambridge, TAS 7170 office and will see you providing expert technical support to our valued customers.What you'll be doingDiagnose and repair a variety of aquaculture systems and equipment, including feeding systems, sensors, and other technologyConduct scheduled maintenance and servicing on customer sitesProvide training and support to customers on the operation of Akva productsMaintain detailed records of all service and repair activitiesCollaborate with the wider technical team to share knowledge and identify process improvementsEnsure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standardsWhat we're looking forRelevant technical qualification or equivalent industry experienceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesDemonstrated experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipmentA valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel across Tasmania as requiredA passion for delivering exceptional customer serviceWhat we offerAt Akva Group Australasia, we are committed to supporting the ongoing development of our employees.
