This role is a great opportunity for the right candidate to secure an ongoing Casual to Permanent position with a longstanding, successful and financially secure organisation.Duties include: Customer Enquiries and Order Placement. Provide reliable and prompt phone and email support to customers and the external sales team. Process, monitor and manage customer orders and enquiries. Work with the Warehouse Team to ensure prompt and accurate despatch and delivery of customer orders. Contacting freight companies to ascertain the location of outstanding orders once they have been shipped from the warehouse. Provide technical support to customers and the external sales team. Be able to maintain detailed records of all calls and contact by customers. Monitoring the sales email address and respond action. Warranty/ Product Claims Additional duties may include: Orders picking and packing Product Use Product availability Status of current orders Customer deliveries Receipting of incoming stock Assistance with despatch of goods Status of goods on back-order and expected availability The successful applicant for this position will require the following experience and personal attributes: Customer Service experience. Be fluent in English. A reliable hard worker. Be fully computer literate especially with Microsoft products. Can work autonomously and as well as part of a team. Have a strong Customer Service focus and problem solving skills. Excellent planning and time management skills. Attention to detail. Ability and preparedness to meet strict time deadlines. Reliable and stable person who understands the need for punctual and consistent attendance within the workplace. Strong work ethic and pride in everything you do. Prepared to follow instructions and procedures carefully and precisely.
