As Senior Field Service Technician, you'll provide team support and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch technical assistance at Honeywell sites.Key Responsibilities: Configuration, diagnosis of faults, repairs, and programming of building services (e.g. Security, Access control, HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems) Software load and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment Minor project management of service projects and small works Technical consulting, design, and implementation of Honeywell Systems Key Experience & Capabilities: 4+ years of experience as a Service Technician Strong experience in building (HVAC/BMS) systems including troubleshooting, fault finding, and problem diagnosis Fault finding and repairs to electronic equipment Intermediate to high computer skills Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher is an advantage Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
