Enterprise Applications Systems Administrator

The mission is to achieve zero transport fatalities. With over 2 million cars using this state-of-the-art operator monitoring technology, real-time protection is provided from distraction and drowsiness-related driving events.
About the Opportunity
* Be an active member of cross-functional project teams to plan and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
* Maintain the health of systems, including trend analysis for capacity planning, proactive health assessments for performance tuning, and recommendations and implementation of best practices.
* Provide technical support assistance to all support staff to diagnose and resolve application issues.
* Open, manage, and resolve application issues with external application vendors.
* Create and maintain technical documentation for environments, including network diagrams, installation and configuration procedures, troubleshooting guidelines, and operational procedures.
* Find and execute on process improvement opportunities.
* Install, configure, and maintain application platforms and systems.
* Manage and maintain hosting of company websites and associated certificates.
* Establish and review system, application, and user security controls while enforcing regulatory compliance standards.
* Prepare and maintain system documentation.
* Tune system performance as required.
About You
* Diploma of Information Technology or related field.
* Training from a vendor, such as Servicely and NetSuite.
* Experience in NetSuite administration.
* Experience in Servicely administration.
* Experience in web hosting and SSL certificates.
* Effective problem-solving skills in the analysis of issues relating to support and maintenance.
* Understanding of IS Networks, Firewalls, and Virtual Private Networks.
* Experience with the management of AWS/Azure services.
* Experience in Linux (Ubuntu).
* Experience with PowerShell scripting.
* Understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
* Knowledge of IS Security best practice.
* Familiarity with MS Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) environment.
* Standard computer operating systems.
