Due to an increase in business, we have a full-time Sales & Customer Experience Agent position available to work at our Orange and Orange Airport branch. Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Serving our valued customers at the counter Ensuring all aspects of quality control are delivered, including presentation of counter/s, paperwork, and fleet Answering calls and making reservations Some vehicle cleaning As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of customer relationships both in the corporate and discretionary commercial and vehicle rental markets. Your understanding of customer needs and ability to deliver exceptional service will ensure success.
To perform the role effectively, you will possess the following attributes:
CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE IS PREFERABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL CONFIDENT COMMUNICATION IS ESSENTIAL Ability to work at multiple locations when needed Accountability and a strong work ethic A strong desire to exceed customers' expectations Ability to identify and solve problems Commitment to high standards and attention to detail Willingness to learn Ability to work unsupervised Passion for the vital role you play within the team and company, and importantly flexibility of working hours and days with some weekend work Willing to travel and work between branches Hold a current non-restricted driver's license and be able to drive manual In return, you will receive the following:
