With a focus on both owned and agency brands, the role will be pivotal in identifying new opportunities within the APAC region. The Marketing Director will also foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term strategic goals, and leveraging global backing to support continued success and expansion.Key Responsibilities The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the marketing team to: • Develop and execute a 5-year marketing strategy, focusing on brand growth and acquisition. • Oversee a portfolio of over 100 SKUs, ensuring alignment with the broader company portfolio. • Collaborate closely with global teams, managing global oversight while leading a high-performing team. • Drive innovation in the beverage space, expanding presence in the APAC region, particularly in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and China. • Lead the internal agency model, ensuring global strategies are effectively localized and executed.Experience & Skills Required 10+ years' experience in marketing, within the FMCG industry with a varied background beyond beverage.Proven success in building differentiated brands and driving strong brand equity in a fast-paced market.Expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and leveraging the evolving landscape of consumer engagement.Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of financial drivers within the FMCG and retail sectors.Excellent leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams in a high-performance environment.Exceptional storytelling abilities to connect with audiences, effectively communicate complex messages, and foster deep consumer engagement.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.To apply or learn more about this exciting opportunity, please contact Emma at (email protected) or (email protected)
