Account Manager/ Sales Rep Maternity Leave Position Precision Electronic Technologies is a 100% Australian owned contract manufacturing solutions provider. We are known for our excellent customer service, technical knowledge, uncompromised quality and timely delivery of all printed circuit board requirements. We have an exciting maternity leave position for a period of 9-12 months. Ideally you will have a technical background, but a willingness to learn about the electronics industry will be key to mastering this role. Position Purpose: To support and drive business revenue goals by managing and servicing existing customer needs as well as prospecting for new customers, while providing exceptional customer service. To achieve and maintain customer loyalty and advocacy. The Role: Service, manage and connect with existing customers to maximise engagement and satisfaction for repeat business. Develop prospective customers. Provide technical and other support to customers. Look to increase revenue by cross-selling and identifying new opportunities for doing business. Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers. Analyse and report reasons for losing quotes. Apply appropriate margins on quotes. Analyse and rectify complaints from customers. Interact and collaborate across various departments. In this maternity leave position you will be handling the current incumbent's customers. You will be offered training and support from the Sales Manager and 2 other Account Managers. This role will suit someone who is a great communicator with the ability to build trust and strong customer relationships. You will thrive on providing exceptional customer service and be technically minded. Any manufacturing experience will be highly favoured along with accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent oral and written skills are essential.
