The position will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of evidence-based social work services across the care continuum.As the Senior Social Worker, you will deliver high level services to stakeholders/consumers within the Fraser Coast (Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service) to achieve excellence in patient care, education, and research. This includes implementing, monitoring, and leading practice development activities for a team of social workers across Hervey Bay and Maryborough hospital including providing professional supervision.Our offer:You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $157,359 p.a., comprising salary between $128,169 - $137,918 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.).
