Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Corporate Services, you will play a key role in safeguarding the organization’s assets, reputation, and operations while ensuring the safety of their staff and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of organizational risks and incidents.Manage and improve their risk management framework and associated systems.Oversee the development and implementation of a business continuity roadmap.Ensure timely and accurate reporting on risk and incident management to leadership teams, committees, and the board.Collaborate with external stakeholders such as auditors, IT service providers, and legal consultants on risk-related matters.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and deliver training on best practices in risk management.About You:You are a strategic thinker with a strong background in risk management, ideally within the health sector, Not for Profit or similar multidisciplinary environments. You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, and you thrive in roles requiring collaboration and innovation.Qualifications and Experience:Tertiary qualification in commerce, finance, business, or a related field.Proven experience in risk management frameworks and incident systems.Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards and cyber risk assessments (preferred).Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.How to apply:To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
