Job Description:Principal Database Administrator, Workplace InvestingFidelity Investments Workplace Investing (WI) is actively seeking an experienced Database Administrator to help us drive strategic database initiatives in support of our business initiatives both in the US and globally. This is a highly visible, dynamic role that will position us for the growth and scale we need as our businesses pro-actively adjust to the challenges in a highly competitive market.This role will be filled in Westlake, TX or Merrimack, NH.The Expertise We’re Looking For10+ years performing Oracle 19c and 12g administration (SQL Server a plus)Expertise in Performance tuning, scripting and automationExpertise in Golden Gate replication on Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC)Working hands-on knowledge/support of Postgres, Yugabyte, Aerospike, SQL MI, SnowFlake a plusSignificant background in solving complex technology challengesA strong background working in large-scale software projectsKnowledge and expertise in cloud, hybrid cloud technology would be a real plusOur team supports a variety of complex applications serving a diverse set of businesses and customers directly.
