We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistants to join our team for ongoing work in Nudgee. If you have a strong background in billing functions, invoice reconciliation, and team management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Process billing functions efficiently and accurately
* Conduct invoice reconciliation for commercial, industrial, and construction & demolition projects
* Prepare and manage quotes
* Maintain and update price lists
* Distribute runsheets to relevant teams
* Handle all internal and external queries promptly
* Manage a small team of approximately 7 people, providing guidance and support
* Perform other basic administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Experience in team management is a plus
