About the role:This role will see you working with a team of experienced lawyers focussed on the delivery of native title advice including:
complex advice on The Native Title Act, The Human Rights Act and Cultural Heritage Acts particularly as they relate to large public infrastructure, mining and resources projects;advice on ILUAs, s31 agreements, future act and objection applications;negotiating, drafting and review of cultural heritage agreements and management plans;native title / cultural heritage implications of specific grants of tenements;litigation proceedings relating to the above.Skills/Experience:To be considered for this role you will have:
At least 10 years PAE, demonstrated native title experience;a collaborative, team approach to your work;a commercial and focussed manner;strong mentoring and team building skills.Benefits:Awaiting you is:
