Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail—qualities that align with our commitment to excellence and high-quality service delivery.As a vital member of our office team, you’ll foster strong client relationships, support our field technicians, and ensure the efficiency of daily operations.Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Serve as the main point of contact for customer service requests, provide updates and ensure accurate, up-to-date records in the service management system.Coordinate new works and attendance schedules with clients and managers.Collaborate with the team to resolve issues, prioritise urgent tasks, and prepare quotes.Assign jobs to technicians and subcontractors, tracking progress to meet deadlines.Update and oversee monthly Preventative Maintenance schedules.Order and track parts and materials, liaising with suppliers as needed.Ensure technician and subcontractor inductions are current and compliant.Offer administrative support to the service team and assist with office coordination.About YouPrior experience in a service coordination role is desirable, with industry experience in building services—preferably in HVAC—beneficial but not mandatory.To succeed in this role, you will need:Strong organisational skills to plan, organise, and monitor service delivery effectively.Exceptional time management and the ability to perform under pressure.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.A customer-focused mindset with a drive for exceptional service delivery.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.The ability to exercise good judgment, solve problems, and take initiative.Familiarity with HVAC systems or a willingness to learn is an advantage.About UsFrom small things, big things grow!
