About you
You are both dynamic and customer focused. You love working in a busy environment and enjoy being hands on, you have excellent administration skills and have a “can do attitude”.
About the role:
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our client families and Funeral Directors during services in our chapels. You will have contact with internal and external customers as you organize the daily schedule both front and back of house; this includes preparing the spaces, organizing the audio-visual equipment, running services, meeting and greeting attendances and transition from one service to the other. There is a lot to juggle with this role and a lot of variety so the ability to multitask and adapt is a must.
