People Operations Lead
We are seeking a driven and forward-thinking HR professional to step into the newly created role of People Operations Lead.
About the Role
This pivotal role is at the heart of our HR service delivery, overseeing employee lifecycle operations such as Payroll, HR administration, compliance, remuneration, reporting, and data management.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee P&C administration (including Payroll), driving process improvements, streamlining, digitalisation, and fostering an environment of operational excellence.
* Lead the development and innovation of People tools and technology that enable a seamless employee experience.
* Lead the development of our reporting and analytical people insights, highlight trends and coaching around actionable interventions and initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with legislation and policies, embedding accountability and best practices across all aspects of HR operations and Payroll.
* Oversee the delivery of payroll services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely outcomes, while spearheading system improvements and reporting capabilities.
* Inspire and guide a small team, cultivating a collaborative and solutions-focused culture.
Minimum Requirements
* Broad HR administration experience, with ideally experience in leading HR operations/shared services, including Payroll, HR administration, compliance, policy development, remuneration, and reporting, with a proven ability to lead and implement change and improvements.
* Technical proficiency in HR systems, data analytics tools, and MS Office, enabling informed and impactful decision-making. Experience using Elmo and Aurion will be highly regarded.
* A demonstrated ability to lead teams, build strong relationships across the organisation, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Analytical skills to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, combined with a practical approach to problem-solving.
* A sharp eye for detail and experience in ensuring attention to governance and regulatory requirements.
* Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to convey ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
* Experience in leading and delivering impactful HR projects.
