We're looking for a Groups Travel Manager to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities: Manage group travel bookings for both domestic and international itineraries, ensuring smooth coordination for groups of 100+ passengers.
Work closely with clients to design tailored group travel experiences, offering expert advice and recommendations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans, from booking to post-travel follow-up.
Manage complex fare structures, ticketing, and ensure compliance with GDS protocols.
Experience & Skills Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on group travel arrangements.
Strong Airfares, ticketing, and advanced GDS skills (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
Proven ability to manage large group bookings across various destinations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
In-depth knowledge of both domestic and international travel.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
EventsIAIR experience is a plus, but not required.
Team player with flexibility in adapting to changing client needs.
