FIFO Casual Chef Opportunity in the Northern Territory
Competitive hourly rate including casual loading, penalties and superannuation.
* Fly-In/Out of Darwin or Cairns.
* Earn great money while working with a dedicated team.
* Typically, 7 days on, 7 days off roster with 12-hour shifts or 14 days on, 7 days off roster with 11-hour shifts.

The Role
* Prepare, cook and serve meals for residents and guests across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
* Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with staff, residents and guests.
* Maintain food safety standards in line with company policies.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to create special menu items outside the regular cycle.
* Manage client and diner expectations.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience working in high-volume, buffet-style kitchens.
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to follow safe food handling procedures.
* Ability to maintain professional standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical screening and national police clearance.
* Driving licence preferred.
