Large Australian consumer goods company seeks an Applications Manager to manage the continuous improvement of entire applications ecosystem. Will work heavily with vendors in a pure Saas applications, ERP, and Cloud environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Application Manager will own and manage our global enterprise applications within the IT portfolio. You will collaborate closely with business subject matter experts and third-party stakeholders to ensure the effective running, maintenance, and enhancement of our SaaS solutions portfolio. Oversee all groupwide enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, EPM, HCM, and Supply Chain modules). Handle third-party service providers, SLAs, contracts, and governance forums. Advocate for a zero-customisation approach and 'adopt not adapt' policy for applications. Collaborate closely with IT teams (ie: integration, project delivery, cyber security, and service delivery). Manage license reviews and establish a regular review process. Assist the Group Head of Strategy & Architecture with task prioritisation and allocation. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in Application Management is essential. Proven ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels. Experience in managing third-party service providers. Experience in managing and improving large-scale ERP, HCM, EPM, and SCM solutions. Solid understanding of integration and data analytics architectures.
