Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced OCM Principal Consultant to lead our change management initiatives and drive organizational transformation. This role involves developing and implementing strategic change management frameworks, ensuring that stakeholders are engaged and supported throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique challenges and tailor solutions accordingly. Change Framework Development : Design and implement robust change management frameworks and methodologies to facilitate smooth transitions. Stakeholder Management : Identify key stakeholders and engage them effectively to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives. Team Leadership : Mentor and lead change management teams, providing guidance and best practices to ensure successful project delivery. Assessment and Evaluation : Analyze the impact of change initiatives and assess effectiveness, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Training and Communication : Oversee the development of training programs and communication plans to enhance employee readiness and engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in change management, ideally in a consulting environment. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in change management tools and methodologies.
