The primary purpose of this role is to support the Independent Agents from a financial perspective, oversee and monitor agent's credit facilities, complete bank reconciliations, assist with processing the Accounts Payable and Receivable for Travel Partners Holdings and compile relevant reports.
Day in the life...
1. AP and AR
2. Daily Bank Reconciliations
3. Transfer funds between accounts
4. Investigate bookings and solve discrepancies including booking clean up
5. Process and confirm internal payments.
6. Working with offshore team
7. Liaise closely with TP Ticketing Team
8. Enter payment files on Westpac COL
9. Identify and follow up unknown transactions
10. Maintain Finance function in Tramada travel management system
11. Month end activities
12. Assist with EOFY activities
13. Generate Sales Reporting and provide analysis
14. Follow-up with TP outstanding Debtors (low volume)
15. Monitor and action TP Finance e-mail and provide phone support as required
16. Participate in systems implementations and migrations for the business

23. Extensive previous experience in transactional position (within the Travel Industry highly regarded)
24. Knowledge and interest in the Travel Industry (Desirable)
25. Experience with commercial Finance Software (Desirable)
26. Experience with Tramada Mid Office System (Desirable)
27. Accounting Graduate accounting or commerce (Desirable)
