About the Role: As Supply Operations Planner, your role will be required to work with the Supply Chain team in planning and controlling of inventory to ensure a consistent approach to balance demand and supply for our large range of products. Working with over 50 local & international supply line partners and offering over 75,000 SKU’s. In addition, you will review inventory levels to ensure customer service targets are met and safety stocks are held. This position will play a key role in the development of systems and processes to ensure continued growth and success of the business. Other key duties include: Support the company strategy to offer our customers a service level of 95% in full and on time Maintain strong working relationships & communications with Supply partners to ensure production / shipping schedules are met Monitor open purchase orders to ensure on time deliveries Review supplier capabilities, lead time, mode of delivery and its impact on NHP stock levels Plan & execute procurement of finished goods & raw materials from contract manufacturers and suppliers Review and expedite back orders, shortages and past due requirements on a weekly basis Work with PAB team on improving product life cycle management Maintain & monitor AX supply planning parameters What you will bring to the role: Must have qualifications in Logistics & Supply Chain Management A minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in a Supply Chain role Good understanding of multi-site inventory control techniques and inventory management principles An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Proactiveness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team An ability to juggle conflicting tasks & priorities and work under pressure A good working knowledge of ERP systems Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including understanding and interpreting data using V-Lookups & Pivot tables What’s on offer: You will be part of a talented team, work in an innovative & supportive environment and enjoy the benefits that come with working at NHP including: A great place to work – the word ‘family’ encompasses who we are and how we do business A culture that encourages work / life fulfilment Ongoing learning & development to meet your professional development needs Access to an Employee Assistance Program for you and your family Salary Packaging – including vehicle novated leasing and other items / expenses The remuneration package will be based on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
