Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT change management processes aligned with the ITIL framework. Log, assess, authorize, implement, and review changes.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to create release schedules that minimize risks and disruptions.
- Oversee new releases (applications, updates, patches) deployment. Ensure necessary resources are available, and stakeholders are informed of release schedules.
- Continuously review and improve change and release management processes for efficiency, reduced risks, and alignment with ITIL best practices.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in change and release management within an ITIL framework.
- Proven experience managing changes and releases, including coordinating CAB meetings and managing release schedules.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for change and release tracking and management.
- Experience managing releases in cloud environments Nice CXOne advantageous
- Australian citizenship and eligibility for Federal Government security clearance required.
