The role has line management responsibility for Team Leaders for each program area across Townsville and Mount Isa.The successful candidate will manage and develop service delivery across all domestic and family violence program areas, ensuring an environment of quality, continuous improvement and compliance with legislation, funding and service accountability. Recognising that domestic and family violence requires a coordinated approach, the position will lead an integrated service response which includes chairing the High-Risk Team multi-agency meetings.You will inspire and guide teams towards achieving their goals, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Providing leadership, direction and support to Team Leaders is a key aspect of the position.
