About the role The Maintenance Manager is a full-time permanent position, based at Jindera, Albury. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be a hands-on collaborative leader & your role will be to plan, schedule and monitor all maintenance activities and foster cross-functional teamwork. In this role you will: Lead the Maintenance team to ensure effective operation of the site to maximize efficiency and cost. Effectively manage maintenance activities within allocated costs. Manage all service contractors to comply with WSHE requirements. Plan and schedule maintenance and shutdowns as required to achieve KPI targets. What you bring to the role: Tertiary/formal qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade qualifications. Solid background in Maintenance/Engineering Management experience within a manufacturing operations environment. Experience in successfully leading a Maintenance team & the ability to drive/improve a strong culture. Sound understanding of computerized maintenance management systems (SAP preferred). Demonstrable mechanical aptitude and knowledge of a wide variety of equipment. Strong focus around safety. What we offer: We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
