The Position
1. Assist and oversee the efficient preparation and presentation of the food production for the boarding, retail and functions activity across the campus
2. Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring, training & liaising with the client
3. Producing a wide variety of culinary offerings in line with current food trends and a focus on ensuring accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
4. Create a positive work culture, mentoring the team to deliver to the highest standard
5. Liaising with client and other key stakeholders across the business to understand the scope of work required to achieve our partnership objectives
6. Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
The Person
7. Chef trade qualifications with a minimum of 5 years industry experience at senior culinary level, ideally from a similar background or multi site operations
8. Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
9. Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service
10. Experience with full P&L Management and Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
11. Previous experience and understanding of a bulk cooking environment
