About the Role: Contribute to the broader strategic direction and leadership of the area, sharing accountability with other leaders for overall performance of deliverables and outcomes to meet current and future needs. Manage leasing arrangements for bank-owned properties, focusing on tenant acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Act as the primary liaison for securing and managing leases for the bank’s operational spaces, balancing cost efficiency with functional requirements. Analyse and report on leasing data, market trends, and financial performance to drive strategic decision-making and long-term value creation. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate risks in all leasing and commercial activities. Collaborate with internal teams, external landlords, property agents, and legal advisors to ensure seamless processes and outcomes. Provide advice and deliver workspace, property, infrastructure, and security services that contribute to the organisation's strategic goals. Ensure operational accountability in regards to people management, budget, and processes to deliver cost-effective services. Enable and recognize workforce performance to encourage continuous improvement and deliver a great customer experience, while contributing to the enhancement of policies, systems, and processes to ensure the integrity and suitability of information. About You: Minimum 5 years of leasing experience. Experience with Yardi software. Agile mindset with the ability to read and understand leases. Detailed and accurate with high attention to detail. Experience in budgeting and forecasts. Experience in managing contracts and service providers. Knowledge of financial management and financial processes, such as procurement, Purchase Orders, and approvals. Knowledge of property-related compliance and demonstrated understanding of responsibilities in relation to health, safety, and holistic wellbeing. Familiarity with area-specific relevant policies, systems, and processes, and the ability to help others understand and follow them. Good understanding and technical expertise in building and facility management-related matters. Ability to lead, direct, and guide the work of others, including setting goals and prioritising work to achieve operational results.
