This is a 12-month maternity relief position commencing 6 January 2025 until 16 January 2026.
This position is responsible for providing quality administrative support to the Children’s Services Coordinator and provide support for the Family Day Care and Out of School Hours Care Programmes.
This role is temporary part-time role, based out of our Molong office.

Qualifications:
Essential
* Class C driver’s licence
* Education and Care approved First Aid Certification
* Working with Children Check clearance
Skills & Experience:
* Demonstrated ability to perform administrative tasks.
* Ability to maintain client records and data base entry.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to write standard correspondence.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Demonstrated excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and activities, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
* Ability to act with sensitivity confidentiality, courtesy, and discretion always.
* Have a strong community and customer service orientation.
* Advanced computer skills in word processing and proven ability to use a wide range of software applications (Microsoft Office), database, desk top publishing and internet

* This position is graded 3-4 ($1044.10 - $1180.50 gross per week).
