We deliver flexible services so we can be responsive to a person’s goals, needs and lifestyle We are looking for experienced casual Aged Care Support Workers to join our Centre-Based programs in Meadow Heights, Craigieburn, and Mill Park to: Developing and facilitating group programs that best suit the client’s needs and goals. Provide direct support for individuals during program delivery such as personal care, behavioural, physical, and social supports. Create a positive environment for all clients promoting both physical and emotional well-being. Provide quality services and outcomes, by the relationships formed between staff, the people we support, their families and representatives. Providing emotional support by talking to clients about their needs and listening to their concerns Skills And Experiences Bring your great, everyday To be considered for this rewarding role you will have: Certificate IV Disability/Aged Care or Individual Support, or currently working towards a relevant qualification Understanding of what is involved in working with aged care Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and families Excellent time management, problem solving, communication and computer skills Ability to work independently and in a team to create a positive culture The fine print Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC. Full driver license and travel between sites required.
