Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of veterinarians and nurses.
* Ensure the clinic provides the highest standard of care in both consultations and surgeries.
* Oversee clinic operations and maintain high clinical standards.
* Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and personalised care.
* Design and manage flexible, family-friendly rosters.
Qualifications
* BVSC or DVM degree recognised by the AVBC.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in veterinary practice management.
* Strong clinical skills, with the ability to work autonomously as needed.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional care and building a cohesive team environment.
