What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end contract recruitment processes for clients in the Pharmaceutical, MedTech, and Life Sciences Engineering sectors. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and industry professionals. Leverage your market knowledge and network to identify and build new business opportunities. Work with some of the most innovative life sciences companies driving cutting-edge advancements in healthcare and technology. Stay ahead of industry trends and provide consultative recruitment solutions that meet the evolving demands of the sector. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in contract recruitment, ideally within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, MedTech, or engineering. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to identify key decision-makers. A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously. Excellent time management, attention to detail, and prioritisation skills. Ability to combine multiple sourcing strategies to deliver the best solutions for clients.
