Job Title: Home Maintenance Officer
We are seeking a dedicated Facility and Grounds Officer to join our team, responsible for the general maintenance of the interior and exterior of consumers' homes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Conducting general maintenance tasks such as rubbish collection, light bulb replacements, and fire alarm battery checks.
* Performing grounds maintenance to ensure a tidy and safe environment, including gardening duties.
Key Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to work effectively within a team and engage with staff at all levels.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, with an ability to connect with diverse individuals.
* Proficiency in using hand and power tools and maintaining confidentiality.
