Watch the Snyder & Associates About Us Video to learn more.ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support to office staff and Business Unit LeaderAnswers incoming calls and greets visitorsCarries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanningMaintains office project filesDevelops accurate, professional written communicationsPerforms other related duties and responsibilities as requiredQualificationsThe successful candidate will possess the following:Experience providing administrative support in a similar roleExperience in a professional services firm such as a surveying, architectural, or engineering firmStrong computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude with strong customer service skillsSelf-starter who can switch from individual contributor to team player with easeThe ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasksAA/EOE/ E-Verify
